The beautiful artwork of Navratan Gautam, wildlife artist from India. Navratan's passion for his

country's natural beauty and wildlife is evident in his artwork. His aim is to save and protect tigers in India.

Navratan was born and lives in India he has more than 20 years experience as a wildlife artist. He is the Senior

Artist at Ranthambhor School of Art Society and has taught over 400 students in charcoal painting. He is the

master of charcoal painting and invented the technique using "Charcoal Powder". He has won many awards for his

magnificent work. We will be posting his artwork all of which will be for sale. Proceeds will be used for tiger

conservation in India. We hope you will support him and tiger conservation!

Third Annual Benefit - There is Still Hope!

Was a wonderful success! Thank you to all who attended

and supported the event, without you it would not have

been so successful! The silent and live auctions went very

well and thank you to all the Madison businesses who

donated so generously. Please see the list below and please

support them. A special thank you to Jo Hoffman of

BR Diamond Suite for her support and generosity to the

'champagne fundraiser'. The tanzanite and women's

animal motif ring she donated were exquisite. She also

donated a beautiful 10 strand multi-stone necklace to the

live auction. If you see Jo please give her a big thank you.

friends and family have been truly thrilled with

the engagement rings and jewelry designs that have

Angela Richardson of TV 14, Madison. Thank you to

both of you, you did a wonderful job. Thank you also to

advertisement in the magazine. We could not have done

creative work designing the invitations, program etc.

What a wonderful job they did! A huge thank you to

Annual Benefit materials. You have been an avid

supporter and we appreciate your help greatly.

Inn on the Park where we have had the benefit for the

last three years has been an incredible supporter,

we cannot thank them enough. Great Dane Pub

Our live auctions would not been so successful without

the donation of beautiful artwork from Douglas Aja and

Lucie Bilodeau, you also have been avid supporters,

thank you. Our guest speaker from the Kenya Wildlife

Service gave us a very interesting and informative talk

and Devri Fisher who had visited Kenya in the spring

gave us a snapshot of her visit and experiences in Kenya,

thank you so very much to both of you.

This year our Annual Benefit raised funds to fund anti

poaching andto raise awareness of the plight of the

elephant and the trade in its ivory. Elephants play an

extremely important part in the eco system they live in

not only for the trees and plants they propagate by

passing the seeds they eat through their digestive system,

but also for other species with which they co-exist.
